Recruit - You've just joined. You probably won't be a recruit for long at all, as long as you don't completely disappear a day later, you'll be promoted.
Lieutenant - You are a newer member who is welcomed, and your actions are being noticed. Moving up from this rank requires you to be in vent all the time, and making effort to play as a clan member.
Captain - This is pretty much the rank you want to shoot for, you'll have full guild bank access and all the amenities and benefits that come with it, which compared to most clans, are many. I promote people randomly when I feel I can trust them enough to do so. We've been burned a few times now, but it's worth it to me. Don't think this rank will take a terribly long time to achieve, we've had members with guild bank access in relatively short periods or time, often a couple of months or so. Trust is the main thing with this rank. You won't get it until I trust you 100%, which takes time.
Major - This is a title given to long time members who have proven time and time again that they are here for the clan, all the time.
General - This rank is reserved for my co-leaders.
SG - This rank is reserved for me, Dest Locke.
Info
The leadership structure of TFK:NA is very simple. I, Dest Locke, lead with much assistance from General Chersk Bloodthirst. My Majors and Captains alike step up when needed for raid leadership and guidance to others . If you are interested in leadership in any capacity, you can let me know, and I will note it. That said, unlike most guilds in game, TFK:NA is not a chapter that has 100 generals and 50 SGs, and never will be.
We currently have four holdings and are testing our regionalism, a lost art in Darkfall. Khosgar is our capital city, and we also hold the two hamlets very close by, Shargal and Sorgom. We also hold Issar Ruins for Wolflands and Pvp. You will be encouraged strongly to come bind at an alliance holding, although we do allow flexibility for new players as well to finish title quests, etc.
